An 18th-century country kitchen.

A family-run free house serving honest, home-cooked food, cask ales and a warm welcome, the way a village pub should be.

Hidden down a quiet lane on Front Street, our Grade II listed free house is the kind of place where the fire's always lit, the locals know your name, and the kitchen makes everything from scratch.

Booking isn't essential, but it is appreciated, especially for Sunday lunch and Friday evenings when the fire's roaring and the village comes in for a pint.
